The Delta anchor has received more acclaim from the world yachting press and inderpendent test authorities than any other anchor type.
The Delta anchor is of a one-piece construction for ease of handling and stowability on the sternhead. A unique shank profile combined with tip biased ballasting promotes self launching allowing the Delta to be released using a power windlass, without the need to leave the controls of the boat. The very low centre of gravity and high stability dictate that the anchor hits the seabed in the natural setting position, promoting very fast set and high holding power.
